RICK MUMFORD, AREA DIRECTOR
Rick Mumford and his wife, Amy, have three adult sons and live in Overland Park. For 35 years, Rick has been introducing people to Jesus and helping them grow in their faith through various church and parachurch ministries in California, France, Colorado, Missouri, and Kansas. He is the author of Mack & Jesus, a book about life for anyone who has been impacted by death. Rick loves long walks on the beach, the Kansas City Chiefs, and having authentic conversations about the big questions of God and life over a cup of espresso. However, he does not even pretend to play golf.
Why did you choose to join Search? I am on Search staff because I believe nothing I do in this life will ever matter, unless it is about loving God and loving the people He has made. Nothing compares to the infinite value of knowing Jesus. Introducing people to Him, for me, is an expression of my love for them.
